Case 1: Present with ulcer in right side mucosa of cheek with clinical size 3.5 x 4.5 cm

Male patient 58 years old present with ulcer in right side mucosa of cheek with clinical size 3.5 x 4.5 cm and made C.T scan showed ulcer in mucosa and sub mucosa with positive lymphonode at level II. The patient was prepared for wide local excision and mandibulectomy superfacial parotidectomy and functional neck dissection. The histopathologicl histology invasive squamous cell carcinoma in grade II ulceratedinflemmed ,free margin , free salivery tissue with focal deposits in 1/19 lymph nodes.
