Case 1: Present with mass in the anterior aspect of the arm

Male patient 67 years old present with mass in the anterior aspect of the arm MRI showed no relation to neurovascular bandals. Patient prepared to excision of mass

shows the preoperative mass in the right arm.

shows the exposure by elevation the skin flap

shows the mass was dissected from   median nerve 

shows the mass was dissected from brachial artery and it's branches.

shows the preservation of all neurovascular bandals after resection of the mass.

shows  the postoperative after 18 months during follow up.



Case 2: Present with repeated vomiting and abdominal distension

Female patient 70 years old present with repeated vomiting and abdominal distension C.T scan abdominal pelvis showed huge retroperitoneal mass mostly liposarcoma. Patient prepared for explored.

shows huge retroperitoneal mass full the abdominal cavity.

shows the first step dissection of descending colon.

shows deliver the mass outside the abdominal cavity after preservation of the left kidney  

shows the mass after excision plus excision left ovary.

 

shows operative bed show the dissected left ureter and left psoas major
